If you're in the SE Wisconsin region (I myself am from Kenosha), you may want to check out Zion LAN 2005, which is being held just across the border in Zion, IL (about 1/2 hour from Kenosha and 1 hour from Milwaukee).

Clan Poop will be having a LAN party at the Howard Johnson Inn in Rib Mountain on September 16th. We have a full 24 port Gigabit Ethernet switch along with a 16 port 10/100 switch. We also have two computers to run as game servers. If anyone else has a PC they can bring to run as a server that would be cool.
The games we plan to play include Far Cry, Battlefield 2, Counter Strike Source, F.E.A.R. multiplayer (which is free to download), and UT2004. For Far Cry you need the 1.33 patch and for Battlefield 2 you need the 1.4 patch. Counter Strike Source is updated by steam so you should open steam and let it update itself before you pack-up your rig. If anyone would like to play other games at the party, email me.
Things to bring include the following: your computer (with the above games installed and updated), monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset (with/without mic), and stuff to eat and drink. No speakers allowed as the noise could cause a problem for the hotel. The fee is $15 at the door. All the money will go towards the cost of renting the hall and set up. The LAN party will begin Saturday September 16th at around 5pm and run through the night until 10am Sunday morning. You can bring a sleeping bag to crash out on the floor for a few hours if you want. Herzing College will be hosting another X-BOX Games LAN Party for High School Juniors and Seniors! This event is scheduled for Monday, September 25th at 5 PM and will end at 9 PM. Food and door prizes provided! Bring a friend!
