So since I started my weight loss venture in April 2009, there has been some success, set backs, and fails.
Success:
Easier than I thought with 60lbs lost
Fails:
Gained 12lbs back
Set Backs:
Pinched Nerve and Back Injury from Rollercoasters
So with the pinched nerve, I was out of commission all winter…it took that long for adjustments and the nerve to get back to normal. I couldn’t walk or sit for very long. My whole leg, left buttock, and lower back were in great pain. That definitely took me out of my rhythm and caused some weight gain back. It has been difficult to even get motivated.
Now that I am healed up and getting motivated again…time to start over with some smaller goals.
Goal #1: Lose 10 lbs in 30 days.
Simple…and that is the only goal for right now. 338lbs is what I am at as of this post!
