Part of the reason I shut down LANGaming.net was lack of support from developers, like the jerks at Monte Crisco. I am a HUGE Sim game player and jumped at the chance to talk about and interview the developers at Monte Cristo about CitiesXL. They didn’t give us the time of day….the PR guy claims he was working with the devs….nothing…

Note to the little publishers/developers…how about you use EVERY opportunity to talk about your games? Even with the little guys in the industry…we could have helped each other in growing our names. But instead, you just take a big ol’ dump on those that are interested in promoting your game. We didn’t ask for anything but an interview. We didn’t want to leech games, just not our style. We got the finger…well we see how karma works now….

I had every hopes of CitiesXL being a great MMO. Now that future is in jeopardy…not that I care, I am not going to support a game from a developer that shunned us. So hopefully they will set the servers on fire and all the virtual cities will go up in flames!

Oh but that’s right…you guys sucked so badly that you had to release a SOLO game patch because of the lack of support. Maybe if you all didn’t have your head up your asses and got out and promoted the game at any chance…you wouldn’t be shutting down, wouldn’t have to have people play your game solo…
