Big news last week that HP bought Palm…why I don’t know though I assume it is to get in to the mobile device war. Why Palm? I dunno…the name and WebOS? Well I have been following the Slate for a while because it will do everything I want it to do. I want a device that will handle the internet has it is now and be able to adapt to the coming change probably thanks to Apple ditching Adobe. But I feel Adobe may be working on something to shut up the haters and pro HTML5.

I hope that HP will offer Windows as a possibility. They would be silly to not use WebOS even though it pisses me off. I don’t need a netbook but would like a tablet and hope that it will be the Slate. The Ipad is a cool piece of technology however but I just don’t like the current Iphone OS. HP better hurry with whatever they are going to do, Apple is smoking everyone!
